On-Site Full-Scale Load Test and Reliability Evaluation of Prefabricated Bridge Substructure for “Pile–Column Integration”

The application of prefabricated bridge structures is great significance to building industrialization, which can realize the green construction and maintenance process low energy consumption emission as well normal operation transportation in time, effectively development requirements. However, substructure a conventional usually needs cast bearing platform between pier column, may not give full play advantages construction. Given engineering characteristics that most pile foundations design this project are end-bearing piles, foundation deep column high, assembly “pile–column integration” has been proposed study. Aiming at reconstruction expansion Qinzhou–Beihai section Lanzhou–Haikou expressway, test site with representative geological conditions was firstly selected. pile–column structure be completed by foundation, pier, cap beam based on integral installation method. vertical compressive static load test, horizontal reliability connection were introduced detail analyze whether capacity effect meet Test results showed limit value corresponding characteristic critical single could displacement curve No. 5 flange position under various loads does have an obvious angle break, there no sudden change slope, indicating quality good.
